56th Biennial NAD Conference, June 30 - July 4, 2022, Orlando, Florida.



We welcome you to advertise in the 56th Biennial National Association of the Deaf (NAD) Conference Program Book. We expect over 2,000 attendees for professional development, community capacity building workshops, networking, governance meetings, awards ceremonies, youth programs, receptions and more!

We have taken steps to ensure that #NAD2022 draws a larger crowd by making it more affordable to everyone and attracting families. The Exhibit Hall is free to anyone! Workshops are also free for NAD members. Children under 18 years old will get free admission to many events, and discounts for the main events. Hotel and conference registration prices are affordable and accessible.

Placing an ad in the #NAD2022 Program Book will mean major exposure of your company with the deaf and hard of hearing community. To purchase ad space: determine your ad size, pay online, and we will get back to you once payment is received to get your print-ready ad.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT PAYMENT: Friday, April 29th. We can hold space for you in the program book until we receive your ad. We need to get your ad by early May.

Required Ad Specifications

Electronic submissions must be in PDF format with at least 300 dpi.

Ad Submission Payment Policy

After your payment is confirmed, we will ask for your final print-ready ad file. Note: if you want your full-page ad to have bleed, it must be 8.75″ wide x 11.25″ high.

Ad Cancellation Policy

Reserved space cancelled prior to May 1, 2022 will be refunded with a $50.00 service charge.

Advertiser Agreement

Only publication of an advertisement shall constitute final acceptance of the advertiser’s order. Advertiser and advertising agency will indemnify and hold harmless the National Association of the Deaf (NAD), its officers, agents, employees and contractors, for all contents supplied to the publisher, including text, representations and illustrations of advertisements printed, and for any claims arising from contents including, but not limited to: defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, or plagiarism.
